About the Panelists

Stavroula Xinos is an IT Manager of Research & Development at Northwestern Medicine, in charge of oversight and delivery of critical medical systems and platforms. She is a high-energy leader with ability to translate complex business and technical topics into everyday and applicable terms for medical teams to use. As a highly adaptable and creative professional, Stavroula thrives in challenging environments characterized by complexity, ambiguity, and rapid change, working to constantly seek ways to improve processes, establish efficiency, and innovate. Prior to Northwestern, Stavroula worked for Epic, helping develop critical medical management software. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois.

Angelo Poulikakos is a Managing Director at Protiviti, a consulting firm with services in finance, technology, operations, data, analytics, governance, risk and internal audit. Angelo is a Managing Director based in Chicago specializing in technology risk, cybersecurity, and intelligent and robotic process automation (RPA). Angelo has over 15 years of experience in all facets of IT internal controls and frequently works with CAEs, CIOs, CFOs and SOX leaders to implement emerging technologies into their organization’s internal control environment as well as IT compliance, audit and assurance functions. Angelo is a computer engineer by background and completed his MBA at the University of Chicago Booth. In 2017, Angelo was the recipient of Consulting Magazine’s Rising Star award which recognizes the top 35 consultants under the age of 35 that have excelled in client service.

Gus Xinos is a Senior Transformation, Program and Project Management executive at JLL (Jones Lang Lasalle), a global commercial real estate services company, also providing investment management services worldwide. As a goal-oriented leader specializing in making the complex simple and helping groups evolve into teams through effective planning and focused communications in order to rise to challenges and deliver outstanding results, Gus has accumulated years of professional and leadership experience in both industry and consulting, including time at Accenture, Bridgestone and McGraw Hill. Gus is a graduate of the University of Illinois.

About the Moderator

George Logothetis, a Managing Director for EY, is a senior Transformation and Technology Executive with industry and consulting experience in strategy, digital, process and delivery experience in Financial Services, Retail, and Healthcare. George has helped Fortune 500 clients develop business and operating model strategy while leveraging his deep leadership skills to deliver large programs. George, a former President and Board Member of HPSI, is a graduate of Information Systems from DePaul University.
